Marketing Coordinator

Job Scope:

We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and execute our corporate communications initiatives. Based in our Richmond, BC corporate office and reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will oversee the organization, coordination and execution of various marketing communication programs in conjunction with both internal and external sources.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute on the marketing plan
  
• Prepare marketing collateral including press releases, brochures, case studies, articles, biographies and white papers
  
• Plan and participate in industry related trade shows
  
• Perform market studies and research initiatives
  
• Coordinate the Company’s participation in various organizations linked to our marketplace
  
• Manage the corporate website design and maintenance
  
• Perform other administrative activities as needed
  Requirements:
  
• Post secondary education with a specialty in Marketing
  
• 2-5 years experience in a similar role
  
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
  
• “Team first” attitude
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated
  
• Proven time management and organizational skills
  
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator and Dreamweaver
  
• Web design capability would be an asset
