Matt Scheuing, President
Mr. Scheuing has over 20 years experience including software, technology services and telecom. Matt joined StrataGen after serving as President of IntelliTax, a privately held provider of tax preparation software and transaction processing, where he led the company to high growth and a successful acquisition by a strategic buyer. Prior to IntelliTax, Matt was the COO of Captaris, a public software company offering enterprise content management solutions. Before joining Captaris, Matt served as president and CEO of Conversay, a provider of speech recognition for embedded systems, and also held a variety of senior management roles in both the media/content and carrier groups at US WEST (now Qwest). A native of Germany, Matt has extensive international business operating experience. He holds a M.B.A. and a B.B.A. from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.
William Ho, Chief Technical Officer
Mr. Ho is a recognized leading expert in routing and transportation software programs. He is responsible for technical direction and for keeping StrataGen at the leading edge of routing and distribution. William earned the Shell Foundation Faculty Fellowship for R&D in planning and scheduling systems while a Professor in Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California. He has over 25 publications in constructive design and scheduling research. William has a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Computer Science from Union College.
Dan Campi, Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Mr. Campi has focused his career in the application software industry, holding senior Sales, Business Development and Corporate Development roles with companies both large and small, along with experience as a President & CEO. Career highlights include Dan rising to Senior Director North American Sales during his 7 years at Adobe Inc. He left Adobe to become VP Business Development at Netbot, Inc. where his strategic partnership efforts led to Netbot’s acquisition by Excite. Dan then served 4 years as President & CEO of web-based file sharing company Punch Networks. He then became VP of Business & Corporate Development at Captaris, Inc., where he led strategic partnering, OEM licensing, divestiture and acquisition projects. Dan served as VP Sales & Business Development at IntelliTax Software where he developed new go-to-market strategies and helped the company complete a successful sell-side transaction. Notably, Dan worked for StrataGen President Matt Scheuing at both Captaris and IntelliTax. Most recently Dan served as Chief Revenue Officer for Let’s Go Learn, Inc., a leader in web-based diagnostic reading and math assessments for K-12 students. Dan holds a BBA Marketing degree from Pace University Lubin School of Business in New York.
Jeff Duffell, Managing Director of Mobisoft (UK)
Mr. Duffell is responsible for the MobiRouter business unit in the UK. For a number of years Jeff worked as a consultant, assisting companies to adopt expert systems software solutions. Jeff then formed a partnership with Finnish Company Mobisoft Oy to form Mobisoft (UK) Ltd, and has directed the company for ten years. In total, Jeff has over 20 years’ experience in the electronics and computing industry with organizations such as International Computers Ltd, where he worked as a computer hardware design engineer, also at GenRad where he was Manager of high speed digital electronic design, and at Research Machines, as an operations manager. Jeff has an honours degree in Physics, an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical Engineers in the UK.
Jari-Pekka Frantsi, Operations of Mobisoft (Finland)
Mr. Frantsi is responsible for the MobiRouter Business unit in Finland. He has been working with Mobisoft since 1998 and has been the Director of Development and has managed projects for the MobiRouter application since its inception. Before joining Mobisoft, Jari-Pekka was both team manager and project manager for TietoEnator, one of the largest IT service providers in Europe, where he was responsible for large transport planning and logistics software projects in Finland, Sweden and Norway. Jari-Pekka graduated from Tampere University of Technology with a Master of Science (Eng.) degree.
Hide Horiuchi, Vice President, Development
Mr. Horiuchi is a seasoned veteran whose career spans technology design, development, testing, support, project management, and strategic planning of software products, technology services and enterprise IT life-cycles. Prior to StrataGen, Hide worked as Managing Director of VMC Consulting, where he was responsible for the worldwide technology foundation that scaled the consulting company from $20 million to over $100 million. Prior to VMC, Hide was the VP of Engineering for WatchGuard. He also held positions at AT&T Wireless, and Sierra Geophysics/Halliburton Geophysical Services. He holds at B.A. in Geography from University of California at Davis. He also completed Master’s level course work in Digital Cartography at the University of Washington.
Dean Featherling, Director of Project Management
Mr. Featherling joined DDS/StrataGen in 2005 and has over 15 years of direct experience directing and managing IT Projects. Most of this experience has been with providing technical solutions to industries in Transportation, Telecommunications, and Energy Management Systems as part of a structured Project lifecycle approach. During his tenure with the Company, Mr. Featherling has implemented several Regional Transportation Projects that have included the integration of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) that combine Routing, Scheduling, and/or Dispatch together with innovative in-vehicle solutions for payment processing, automated vehicle location tracking, and messaging/content delivery. Prior to joining StrataGen, Mr. Featherling has held senior management positions for various companies such as: Accenture, a Subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., and TELUS. Mr. Featherling has both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of British Columbia (UBC), and enjoys biking and most outdoor recreational activities in his spare time.
John Matthews, Manager Customer Services
Mr. Matthews is responsible for customer support services and implementations. Prior to StrataGen John was employed for 13 years by the Spokane Transit Authority in various capacities, the most recent as Transportation Manager. John received the Community Transportation Association of America's Dedicated Service Award in 1994, and he is a graduate of Eastern Washington University.
Doug Moczulewski, Divisional Controller
Mr. Moczulewski joined StrataGen Systems with more than 20 years of professional Accounting and Finance experience with companies like Microsoft, Inteliant, PACCAR, Tully's Coffee and Kraft Foods. Most recently Mr. Moczulewski served as a Director and CFO for BluWater Consulting, a privately held technology company, where he contributed to its successful growth and acquisition. Mr. Moczulewski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from Seattle University's Albers School of Business and Economics. He is a licensed CPA and a member of the Washington State Society of CPA’s, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Ton Yazici, Director of Product Management and Marketing
Mr. Yazici has over 17 years of product management and marketing experience in software, online services and telecommunications. He is responsible for developing and executing a product strategy and market identity for StrataGen. Before joining StrataGen, he provided product leadership in smaller, early stage companies (Speaklink, Pacific Edge Software, IntelliTax), established mid-market players (Serena, Vertafore) as well as larger operating environments, including Microsoft and US WEST (now Qwest). A native of Turkey, Ton holds a B.A. in Economics from Bogaziçi University, in Istanbul, and an MBA from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.
